Linen

our linens are of course washable!

To do this, first soak the line in clear, warm water.

Then clean the leash with a mild detergent (e.g. soap or shampoo)

Then you just have to rinse the line again with clean water

and finally dry the metal parts such as carabiners and D-rings.

Then let the rest of the line dry and voilà, the line is like new 😉

Our bathrobes, as well as hand and scrub towels, are all machine washable and can also be tumble dried.

Before washing and drying you should close the Velcro fastener to protect the material.

Energy, but right!

Without energy, nothing works these days, including for us.

That's why we decided years ago to rely on modern solutions. Our entire electricity needs are generated by our own photovoltaic system.

This works so well that we can even feed around 60% of the electricity generated into the grid.

All internal processes are electrified and we no longer use oil or gas in any area.

Even our goods transport is fully electric, except for large orders.

Our entire production is insulated to the strength of a residential building, which also helps to reduce our consumption.

Conserve resources

We conserve resources, not only in energy but also in production.

All of our materials are used as completely as possible.

This is possible because we use all fabrics, buckles, etc. across all brands in our production. Leftovers from the production of home textiles are used for our animal products, for example (and vice versa!)

Through our direct production Made in Germany, we can control our flow of goods better than other brands that have large quantities produced abroad and then stored in warehouses.

We don’t produce a single part too many!

Modern working

We use modern and efficient methods in our production and administration.

In production, this primarily means automation, modern working concepts and good communication.

In administration, sales and marketing, we were an early adopter of AI-supported programs and tools in order to work quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively.

The right team

For us, everything depends on our team.

We are committed to working together here. From the seamstress to the management.

Everyone takes part, everyone contributes, and everyone can (and should!) contribute their ideas and experiences.

Most of our employees are pet owners themselves and are therefore particularly good at contributing genuine and reliable ideas and wishes.

In addition, of course, there is our animal team, which takes a close look at all products at the end ;-)
